HLI 1.25, up to 6 people, 75 m² - Hohe Lith Residence, Cuxhaven (1.2)

Dear Vacationers,

Our 75 m² 3-room vacation apartment No. 1.25, which sleeps up to 6 people, is located on the 2nd floor with a partial view of the lake and is accessible by elevator. There is a 13 m² balcony with six garden chairs and a large table.

Our bright living room features a separate dining area for up to 6 people as well as a sitting area with a comfortable double sofa bed (170 cm x 200 cm sleeping surface). Two additional closets provide ample storage space for luggage and clothing for the 5th and 6th guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher (60 cm wide), microwave, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and everything else you’d expect from an excellent kitchen.

We have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and the other with two beds that can also be set up separately. Special blackout pleated blinds ensure a restful night’s sleep, and this also applies to the living room.

Our bathroom features a shower with an extra-shallow shower pan. A separate guest restroom with a large sink ensures there are no bottlenecks, even when the apartment is fully occupied.

Built-in closets in the hallway and storage room round out the furnishings.

A parking space in the underground garage is also available.
Our vacation rental includes a beach chair numbered 119, which is available to our guests free of charge during the season (May through September) in Section 46 (very close to the public showers/restrooms, kiosk, and the Steinmarne seawater outdoor pool).



The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), corresponding to the apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (subject to availability). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
