This modern, high-quality apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, measures approximately 48 m², and is located on the 2nd floor.

In the large and bright living/sleeping area, you’ll find a comfortable seating area, an LCD TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player. The couch can easily be converted into two additional sleeping areas. The resulting sleeping area measures approximately 175 cm x 200 cm.

The separate dining area seats up to 4 people.

The separate kitchen area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, coffee pod machine, toaster, and, of course, the necessary dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils.

The bedroom features a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, a spacious sliding-door closet, and a second LCD TV.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a toilet, sink, and shower, as well as a lighted mirror and a hair dryer.

The closet area features additional cabinets for your coats and clothing. There is also a small shoe rack.

On the spacious balcony, you’ll find a table with four comfortable chairs. Thanks to the apartment’s west-facing orientation, you can enjoy the evening sun there after a day at the beach and gaze out over the dike toward the North Sea.

The apartment’s large windows can be completely darkened as needed using the curtains and pleated blinds provided.

The Hohe Lith residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
