You'll be staying in a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people, with 69 m² of living space on the 2nd floor. Two bedrooms with double beds, a large, bright living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher and microwave, a shower/toilet, a large furnished balcony, a storage room, satellite TV (flat-screen) and a mini hi-fi system with a DVD player. Second flat-screen TV in the bedroom.



The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
