You’ll be staying in a 3-room apartment for up to 6 people with approximately 69 m² of living space.

• The apartment is on the 1st floor on the southeast side of the complex
• The center of Duhnen is just a few minutes’ walk away
• The beach is right nearby (approx. 50 m)
• The nearest bakery is just a 3-minute walk away

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
