Witthöhn Apartment Building, Witthöhn-Nord No. 2, Apartment 7 “Nordseeglück,” 27476 Cuxhaven-Sahlenburg This spacious and functionally equipped apartment in Sahlenburg is rented exclusively to tradespeople and technicians.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and features a functional living area with a sofa bed, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed; the second bedroom has a bunk bed (1.20 m).
An enclosed, furnished balcony is also available.
The apartment is centrally located in Sahlenburg, with the Wernerwald forest in the immediate vicinity. The beach is approximately 900 m away.
A parking space is available in the building’s underground garage.
The accommodations are ideal for business trips, installation projects, or project work.
Tourist rentals and vacation stays are not permitted.
Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per stay. This way, you can arrive stress-free with light luggage.

We provide the following initial supply for each guest:

3 dishwasher tablets


2 trash bags / compostable bags


1 dish towel


1 roll of toilet paper

This starter kit is provided to get you started during your stay. Please bring any additional supplies yourself as needed.
