Please note that the garden and the play and recreational equipment located there are not part of the vacation rental and therefore may not be used. There are several nice playgrounds for children in the immediate vicinity.
Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for processing and handling the booking.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linen and towel package for €30 per stay. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following supplies for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
