For cozy evenings during the colder months, the living/dining room features a wood-burning stove, as well as a flat-screen TV for relaxing movie nights.
The furnished patio, with its spacious, fenced-in garden, is accessible from the living room.

There is a separate restroom on the first floor.

Both halves of the house have their own enclosed garden with plenty of space to play and relax on the sun terrace. The houses can accommodate up to 6 or 8 people, respectively. In the cozy living room, a fireplace invites you to relax.
The beach and the center of Duhnen are just a short walk away. Meadows and fields begin not far from the house and invite you to take lovely walks in nature.
