The 78 m² vacation rental, spread over two floors and accommodating up to four people, features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for processing and handling your reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with just a light bag.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
