Im großen und ganzen hat uns die Wohnung gut gefallen. Das einzige was störend war, das enge Schlafzimmer. Für große (ich sage mal korpulente Personen) könnte es "schwierig" werden ins Bett zum Fenster zu gelangen! Ansonsten ruhig (man hat kaum was aus den Nebenwohnungen gehört). Die Lage wirklich 1a! Werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Gut gelegene schöne saubere Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden was für einen erholsamen Urlaub von Nöten ist. Sei es in der Wohnung als auch in der Umgebung, Bäcker, Supermarkt etc.. alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Vermietungsbüro Hinrichs war nicht kooperativ in puncto Gepäckservice, Die herablassende Art: Das ist nicht unsere Aufgabe", hat uns sehr schockiert. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass ihnen nicht bewusst ist, dass ihr Arbeitsplatz von den Touristen abhängt und sie es nicht mehr nötig haben, zuvorkommend zu sein. Wir werden dieses Büro auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral. Der Bäcker ist nur eine Minute entfernt. Zum Strand geht man drei Minuten. Anbindung mit dem Bus (Duhnen Mitte) zum Bahnhof in Cuxhaven ist auch hervorragend. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und konnten das Auto meistens in der Tiefgarage lassen. Die Fewo empfehlen wir weiter.

Schöne Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage von Duhnen. Für vier Personen okay, das Schlafsofa ist schnell ausgeklappt und sogar recht komfortabel. Die Küchenfront ist kurz vor renovierungsbedürftig, eine Spülmaschine wäre schön.

Tolle FeWo für 2

FeWo ist hell und lichtdurchflutet. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Erwachsene. Der Balkon ist OK. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Der Bäcker um die Ecke ist spitze. Die TG lässt sich gut befahren.

Strandnah

Wir waren im September 2021 in dieser Wohnung und sie ist wirklich sehr strandnah. Aus der Tür heraus sind es nur wenige Schritte und man ist an der Promenade aber auch zentral an Bäcker, Eisdielen, Pizzerien, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busanbindungen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und für drei Personen, inkl Kind, ausreichend vom Platz her. Das Schlaf - und Wohnzimmer grenzen an einen Schotterparkplatz, vermutlich für Angestellte. Ab 7 Uhr morgens gingen da so einige Autotüren und auch Unterhaltungen. Also wenn man da nicht so empfindlich ist, ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig auch wenn an den Parkplatz die Straße angrenzt. Wobei der Verkehr eher mäßig ist. Alles in einem hatten wir eine schöne ruhige Woche und auch die Wohnung war ok.

Empfehlenswerte strandnahe Unterkunft

Problemlose Anmietung. Schöne praktische Ferienwohnung, mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz und Fahrradkeller.- "Südbalkon" leider mit Blick auf Parkplatz und Hauptstrasse, konnte aber durch die Strandnähe kompensiert werden.
