Attractive Apartment for Beach Runners

We warmly welcome you to our vacation rental, which was newly furnished and renovated in 2025/26. It is located on the first floor, which you can easily reach by elevator. The windows are equipped with electric blinds to ensure a good night’s sleep. The apartment features a corner balcony that gets sunlight all day long. You have direct access to the balcony from the living/dining room with kitchenette. The new kitchenette includes an electric stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs. In the living area, you’ll find an LED TV, a sleeper sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, and a selection of books and games for your enjoyment. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe; the smaller bedroom has a large bed (120x200 cm) and a closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with a mirror cabinet and a hair dryer. The apartment comes with a garage.
The apartment is located near the beach; it’s 300 meters to the bakery and 500 meters to the forest, which features beautiful hiking trails, an adventure playground, and a climbing park. You can take a horse-drawn carriage from Sahlenburg to Neuwerk and back and enjoy wonderful mudflat hikes

A visitor’s fee applies per person per day. During peak season, it’s €4.00; otherwise, €3.40. Children and teenagers up to age 16 are exempt from the guest fee.

A laundry package can be added for €15 per person.

During the off-season, the accommodation costs 65€.

Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Unsere Tochter hat sich sehr über die vorhandenen Bücher gefreut! Wir fanden es gemütlich und kommen gerne irgendwann wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Fam. Winkler war unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig! Vielen Dank! :)

Es ist eine tolle schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Möbel sind neu und modern. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Sahlenburger Strand. Ein kleines Minus gibt es leider für die Matratzen, sie waren uns persönlich zu hart.

Frisch renovierte FeWo mit neuwertigen Ausstattungen und ist super sauber. Man hat alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage der FeWo ist sehr strandnah und praktisch. Check-In und Check-Out haben auch super geklappt. Sehr nette Vermieterin und tolle Kommunikation. Insgesamt ist die FeWo sehr zu empfehlen!
