Each 194m2 villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 master bedroom (Queen Bed) on the ground floor and another Queen Bedroom and Twin bedroom upstairs. There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, one is the ensuite for the master bedroom and the other includes the laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a walk in shower, toilet and basin. Upstairs there is an additional bathroom with a vanity and bath only and a separate toilet.
