We booked our family trip on Aug 17-21. First day was an Amazing to welcome us with a great smile with the front desk lady, after a 14 hour of straight driving , that is a welcoming gesture out there! ..and 'till we checked out. Good and friendly staffs. Convenient , clean and affordable place to stay. Contenental breakfast was unfullfilled, but all good as long as there is a new brewed coffee.

Broken bed

Bed was broken. Reported broken the next morning and was told it was fixed when arrived back. Linens was on floor. Requested new linens and housekeeping was gone. Front desk replaced linen and in the process bed has broken again. Requested a new room and was given.

They could use a bigger parking lot. There was only one handicap spot and no lines by it for a wheelchair to get out. Other than that, we had a great stay. Comfy beds! Friendly staff.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Being here during Bike Week can cause a certain level of stress for staff. The young lady who checked us in was calm and courteous each time we walked past the front desk.
