This property announce the wrong pictures and property number. We arrive around 10pm and they did not have my room, they send us to a far away hostel (no breakfast & no towels) you need to rent the towels for 5 soles. We were very disappointed, the hostal have mold in the walls and it was far from the center were all restaurants are open. We were tired and hungry, we decided to move to a completely different place. It was a bad experience, I NOT recommend. (The front desk lady says sorry and she will refund the money, but the point is to be honest and have integrity in their business. We found another hotel for $3 more around midnight. NOT RECOMMENDED

I got no room even though they had my reservation

I was supposed to start my stay in this hotel yesterday but when I arrived: 1st It was a nightmare to find it because it has the wrong address , 2nd there was no room for me even though they had my reservation, 3rd the owner rejected my calls (before I arrived I called to make sure everything was fine and she picked the phone assuring it was ok). This is the worst hotel experience I've had with any hotel I found through this or any website. I would like the assurance I won't be charged for this scam, and some compensation for this situation. I had planed a tour today morning but the room I found at the last minute has no open room today so now I am even wasting the money I spent on that tour and I cannot go because I have to look for a new hotel and move over there. I am considering going to report them to the proper institution here in Cusco since I will be here for some time.
