Excellent location! We were within easy walking distance of the Plaza de Armas, San Pedro Central Market, local museums, and plenty of great restaurants. The breakfast was a great perk, and the staff were wonderful—we had no trouble communicating with them via a translation app. Highly recommended for the convenience and hospitality!

Staff very nice and helpful Breakfast okay for a small eater, not a lot of choices Room so so, outdated, bathroom was clogged, bathroom light not working If you are on a budget and you only need a place to sleep for the night and shower, you can choose this hotel. Tours usually start early morning. Good as a base to Rainbow Mountain, Sacred Valley, Machu Pichu. Close to plaza de armas and San Pedro market. Staff-Rosemary even arrange for me a breakfast to go

Do not stay at this property! It is similar to a horror house! Hotel was completely dark when we arrived! Garbage strewn all over..Dark and cold rooms! No reception area! Disgusting and distasteful place! We arrived at 11:30 pm and left at 12: 30am. Was booked for 3 days and left after 1hr ...we could not get a refund but we didn't mind..we were happy to see the last of that horror house! We took our losses

Negative: Very cold only one small heater, impossible to sleep with it being on main street and trucks and honking non stop, sink falling apart, breakfast not adequate, cold shower that leaks all over the floor, windows arent sealed. Positive: Decor, photos online and location We had a 3 day reservation and left after 1st night asking management for a half refund for our 2 nights not used. Management did not respond after 2 emails for partial refund.
