Las reseñas de 5 estrellas son porque si los reseñas bien te regalan el taxi al aeropuerto. El hotel es un desastre. La habitación que nos asignaron tiene vista a un cartón, el baño a un pasillo. La otra ventana tiene salida al desayunador del hotel y está frente al ascensor, no hay privacidad en absoluto. Muy ruidosa e incómoda. Además de todo esto, los enchufes están detrás de las almohadas. Peligroso además de todo lo anterior. Adjunto imágenes que describen la situación.

I chose this hotel for the convenience of its location and for the beautiful terrace, but Kantu by far exceeded my expectations. The hotel was even more beautiful in person. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a large selection. They cleaned my room everyday and provided fresh towels daily. The only thing this hotel lacked was a refrigerator in the room, however, they refrigerated everything i needed in the kitchen refrigerator and always got it for me when i needed something. I would love to stay at this hotel again!

Great hotel

Kantu hotel is a really good choice. It is in a central location in Cusco and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We stayed either side of 2 treks and they stored our bags without question. If I visit Cusco again I would go there

I reserved a room with a panoramic vista because I thought it would be nice to wake up in the morning with lots of light in the room. I wasn't given a room with a panoramic vista and I don't believe a room exists with this description. I complained to the hotel and they promised the correct room the next day. I still didn't get it. I then complained to Expedia who didn't really care and told me the hotel policy was not to give a refund or compensation for booking a higher rated room and not getting it. I have now started using another website to book hotels.

Nice location. It is near a lot of shopping & dining options. The bus for inca rail is a 15 min walk. The noises and echoes can be quite loud so be sure to have earplugs. Overall enjoyed my stay here.
