The place was fine overall, but the room did not have a safe, which is something I expected. The employees were not attentive to guest, and the service felt inconsistent. The property would benefit from more mature and organized management to improve guest experience.

Outrageously perfect hotel. A real bargain. Patient and knowledgeable staff, and best of all - the breakfast was better than many restaurants. The location could not have been better...right across from san pedro market!! You need to check this place out. We'll never stay anywhere else in Cusco.

The rooms were clean with comfy beds & pillows. However there was a vehicle parked downstairs in the lobby in which the car alarm kept going off. We had to bring it to their attention twice before they did anything about it. After checking in, we all laid down for a rest and some opened the door with a key and didn’t even knock before entering. The place was noisy with having everything echo in the court yard.
