The VRBO was located in the San Blas district, which was very cool. Upon arrival we were to use a code to get in to the VRBO, that code would not work, we were all very tired from 22 hours of travel. We had to wait for someone to come and try the code, which didn't work and then wait for someone to bring us a key. The code never worked for the entire visit. There is no heat in this VRBO, we had our heavy clothes, coats and shoes on the whole time. I ordered a heater and it was a space heater that was attached to a propane bottle, not safe, but when we were there we all huddled around the heater. We had to sleep in sweats and socks under very heavy blankets. The showers were interesting, sometimes a couple minutes of hot, then scalding hot that would turn ice cold within 5 minutes. We had to ask for extra towels, toilet paper, and more propane for the water. The lock in the door broke, I had to wait for about an hour until they sent a locksmith, he made a mess and wanted to clean it up but there was no broom or cleaning supplies at all. The best part was the balcony that overlooked the city and the street we were on had great eating and coffee shops.
