Excelente servicio. El staff fue muy amable, limpio y bien localizado el hotel. Desafortunadamente la habitación si necesita mucha mejoría, el baño no tiene puerta y esto crea un reguero de agua por todo lado, y en el techo tienen varias claraboyas q hacen la habitación super caliente cuando hay sol, la luz es tan intensa que no puedes dormir ni en el dia ni en la noche. El sol o la luna te da en la cara. Y te obliga a levantarte antes del amanecer porque la luz es demasiado intensa. Si vas hacer una siesta o quieres descansar, prácticamente necesitas bloqueador para acostarte en la cama.

The only redeeming quality of this place is that the staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The photos on the site are very deceiving and are staged. The bathrooms are not as nice as pictured. There are many things wrong like not being able to get hot water in the sink. Quick fixes to sinks and showers. I had two different rooms since I came back after my Inca Trail trek. The first room smelled of urine coming from the bathroom. It was very small with not a lot of room to move around or put your things in. The second room the bathroom was better but the shower curtain wasn’t long enough and the floor would get wet. The sheets feel like paper and the pillows were not very comfortable. At night, it is so cold. Luckily, you can ask for a room heater but it doesn’t warm up the room as much as you’d like. The location is great but I would not recommend staying here if comfort is something important to you.

The hotel is great, would stay again. Fantastic location walkable to the central square, staff was super helpful and courteous. Beds are very firm, hot water went in and out at times.

Great stay

Staff extremely helpful and friendly (except male receptionist who received us on our arrival after midnight, and whose attitude reminded us of political officer of communist Soviet Union. During our second state later in March we only saw him once, so we felt better. The rest of staff was very friendly, helpful, respectful, and full of smiles every time we interacted with them. Great location, clean, comfortable, and with Smart TV room. Thank you.

Necessario ajuste de expectativa

As fotos do hotel não mentem, mas foram tiradas em ângulos mto favoraveis. Na realidade, as paredes sao finas e nao ha mt isolamento acustico, o quarto nao tem calefacao (mas o hotel disponibilizou um aquecedor movel que funcionou mto bem), nem todos os banheiros estao reformados, o cafe da manha é apenas razoavel. Por outro lado, a localizacao é excelente, o guia indicado pelo hotel nos atendeu super bem e a equipe entendia o portugues mto bem. Eu diria que expectativas precisam ser ajustadas (por esse preco teria um hotel melhor em Lima, mas esse é o padrao de Cusco mesmo).

El hotel está bien ubicado y todo muy aseado pero las instalaciones no son comodas. La primera habitacion asignada era amplia, pero tenia fallas y goteras en el baño, lavamanos, la tv no funcionaba. Solicitamos cambio y nos asignaron una nueva habitacion pero muy pequeña, eramos 2 y apenas podiamos movernos en la habitacion. El baño muy pequeño hasta para 1 persona poderse mover. El desayuno deficiente y todas las bebidas siempre estaban frias (agua, leche, café). Una lastima.
