Incredible guest service! Solange was really helpful. It’s close to the major bus station and Uber takes 2 minutes to arrive. Delicious breakfast included and the rooms are clean and a nice size. The gym is pretty small and limited but you can still get a good workout in if you need. Highly recommend it!

Not enough staff checking in, huge queues of people complaining. The poor receptionist was snowed under and taking so much abuse from unhappy customers. When asked for an iron and board I was told to go to the shopping centre a few minutes away - very poor service.

A cama e o ar condicionado eram bons, porém TV, frigobar e sinal do wi-fi no quarto bem ruins. O bar/restaurante funciona somente das 19 às 22h, sendo que no dia que cheguei havia um grupo de jogadores no hotel e fui informada que o bar não abriria e o restaurante funcionaria para eles!!! Também em momento algum fui informada de que teria que pagar uma taxa ao hotel no check-in!!

O ar condicionado do quarto não estava gelando, apenas ventilando. Por sorte, foram noites muito frescas em Curitiba. Os travesseiros um pouco desconfortáveis. O café da manhã, apesar de ter uma boa variedade, peca um pouco nos ingredientes. O café coado não é de boa qualidade, as panificações nem sempre são frescas. Mas a equipe, no geral, é muito educada e solícita. A localização é boa, apesar de ser área central da cidade.
