Convenient location next to shopping mall and across the street from an authentic Italian restaurant. Service was excellent. Enjoyed the dry sauna. Had gym and wet sauna also.

Hôtel in great location for shopping. Room ok but air-conditioning not working properly. Some refurbishlent work in the hôtel, noisy and dusty. Desk team : Average attitude Breakfast staff: Great Car park : Slow service and once even rude. Paid in full on arrival then had to pay fee on leaving, why? I dont know. Could be the perfect place to stay but need some efforts.

Abaixo vou detalhar a avaliação: 1) estacionamento: a grande maioria dos momentos que chegava ou saía, não havia um manobrista para guardar ou trazer o carro. Desde o checkin, onde cheguei a pensar que não tinha manobrista pois esperei por 8 minutos até alguém chegar. 2) checkin: o atendente parecia bravo ou descontente em estar ali. Falava rápido e olhando pra baixo, era difícil entender, e não apresentou qualquer sinal de cortesia, o que é básico para um hotel; 3) o quarto (313) reformado ficou ótimo - bom espaço, bons móveis, colchão muito bom, mas com cheiro de humidade se destacando; 4) não foi reposto sabonete pela camareira; 5) café da manhã muito inferior ao padrão do hotel, o café coado estava queimado, com gosto muito ruim, tinha dois bolos disponíveis, e o sabor não era agradável. Em geral poucas opções de sucos e pratos; 6) Internet muito ruim. Esse ponto é muito básico para um hotel, não dá pra falhar no básico. Nem a televisão funcionava, ficava travando e dava erro. Nós normalmente ficamos no Novotel, que é um hotel de padrão e valores semelhantes ao Transamerica. Escolhi o Transamerica dessa vez por ficar ao lado do Shopping e do restaurante Doppo, podendo acessar ambos a pé a partir do hotel, mas infelizmente a experiência não foi boa como no Novotel. Espero que esse relato os ajude a trabalhar nesses pontos. Nós viajamos muito, e tudo que escrevi é com base em estadias de hotéis de mesma categoria tanto no Brasil quanto no exterior.
