Viajei com minha familia, minha esposa e minha filha de 2 anos. Escolhi o hotel pois era indicado para familias. porém o hotel não tem espaço kids. Existe um pequeno espaço contendo uma mesa, papel e lápis colorido. O conforto tem que melhorar muito, fiquei no quarto 1111. O colchão da cama de casal é duro, nem um pouco confortável. No primeiro dia, caiu a maçaneta da porta do banheiro. Quando limpavam o quarto, não colocavam sabonete. A Televisão muito antiga, a imagem era muito escura e praticamente alguns canais não era possível assistir. O que mais incomodou foi o som ambiente nos corredores, era muito alto, tanto é que se escutava dentro do quarto. Pedi para diminuir o volume, mas o pessoal da recepção disse que não era possível. Eu não sou obrigado a escutar musica. O som ficava ligado até as 22 horas. Tenho criança pequena, a qual dorme cedo. Escolhi ficar num hotel, para ter paz e sossego na passada do ano, mas não foi isso que aconteceu. Outro problema gravíssimo é na hora de tomar café da manhã, o restaurante do hotel não é compatível com a capacidade de hospedes. Teve dia que se formava fila, para entrar no restaurante, tendo mais de 20 pessoas na espera, Sugestão ampliar a área do restaurante, pois o momento da refeição tem que ser tranquilo. Único ponto que merece 5 estrelas é a educação e excelente atendimento dos funcionários.

Ponto positivo - Os funcionários são muito prestativos, estão de parabéns. A localização é ótima, o café, muito bom, os aposentos são bem equipados. Ponto negativo - O quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos, houve um atraso de meia hora, e o chão não estava bem limpo. Também ao redor da piscina, havia itens deixados por hóspedes e não havia sido limpa de um dia para o outro. Ar-condicionado estava pingando no interior do quarto.
