Everything to do with the staff was very good. Internet connection wasn’t working and most of the times I wasn’t able to communicate with people outside of the country. I think it’s very good for local tourism or Brazilians businesses travel. Breakfast fruit juices had sugar added which is for the likes of Brazilians. They love sugar!

Eu pedi um quarto com acessibilidade devido a dificuldade de locomoção de uma das pessoas, o hotel respondeu que faria, porém colocou em um quarto no meio do corredor, pedimos que fosse o mais próximo do elevador, para andar o mínimo possível e a atendente disse que não tinha quartos próximos disponíveis. Isso foi ruim. Fora isso, o café muito gostoso, o jantar também foi bom. O quarto é simples, mas vale o custo benefício dele, só ruim a acústica, do meu quarto ouvia tudo que as pessoas do quarto ao lado falavam. Chuveiro muito bom!

A princípio, escolhi o quarto pelas imagens apresentadas no site, porém foi extremamente frustrante chegar ao local e encontrar um ambiente totalmente incompatível com o que foi divulgado. A segunda situação foi a cama: extremamente rígida, dura e sem qualquer conforto. Sem exagero, foi a pior cama em que dormi nos últimos anos. Outro problema grave foi o banheiro. As saídas de água estavam entupidas e o chuveiro espalhava água para diversos lados. Era impossível abrir o chuveiro sem molhar praticamente todo o banheiro, além de algumas saídas sequer funcionarem corretamente. Também não fui orientada sobre o funcionamento do ar-condicionado, que precisava ser ligado por uma tomada localizada acima da cama. Mesmo após ligado, o aparelho não esquentava conforme informado pela recepção. A situação mais decepcionante foi o estacionamento. No site, a informação dá a entender que o hotel oferece estacionamento, porém somente ao chegar fomos informados de que ele é cobrado separadamente. Além disso, as cobertas eram antigas, peludas e aparentavam desgaste. Minha filha possui alergia, o que tornou a experiência ainda pior. Sinceramente, foi uma experiência extremamente negativa. Não pretendo voltar e também não recomendaria o hotel.

O hotel está em reforma. Apesar de ser um hotel mais antigo, ele está perfeito, pintura nova nos quartos, trocaram o piso. Tamanho do quarto bom e Tam da vaga no estacionamento tbm, pois em Curitiba os quartos são na maioria pequenos. Podem ir sem medo, hotel satisfatório e bem localizado. Do lado do shopping estação que é ótimo para crianças. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Cama boa, café ok. Quartos limpos
