Tivemos uma decepção na chegada ao quarto, não era como constava na foto, conforme reserva e compra no site. Voltamos na recepção e facilmente os recepcionista muito educado dispôs de troca, no entanto o quarto havia recém sido limpo, e com muito cheiro de hipoclorito de sódio (água sanitária), tivemos que abrir as janelas, pois facilmente teríamos tido um bronco espasmo, aliás, pelo visto não dispõem de padronização de limpeza. Embora as instalações houvessem passado por reforma, havia muito sinal de mofo no WC. Cama boa, enxoval limpo. Atendentes cordiais. Café da manhã justo. Localização boa. Tem estacionamento. Custo benefício bom.

O cardápio do refeitório era muito bom e satisfatório, toda a equipe eram bem gentis. Gostamos muito de ter feito a reserva no Roochelle Hotel mais uma vez, pois graças a recepcionista Larissa que nos ajudou bastante em conseguirmos um quarto lindo e maravilhoso que superou as nossas expectativas.

Minha experiência com este hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. A equipe de reservas demonstrou total despreparo durante todo o atendimento. Fiz minha reserva pelo aplicativo Hotels.com e selecionei claramente a opção de pagamento no check-in. Apesar disso, o hotel ignorou essa condição e realizou a cobrança diretamente no cartão cadastrado no aplicativo, sem qualquer autorização ou aviso prévio. Para piorar a situação, o valor cobrado foi diferente do que constava na reserva feita pelo aplicativo, o que me causou ainda mais transtorno. Assim que percebi o problema, entrei em contato com o hotel para solicitar o estorno da cobrança indevida. Expliquei toda a situação e pedi que resolvessem o problema, mas, mesmo insistindo diversas vezes, a equipe se recusou a realizar o estorno ou apresentar uma solução satisfatória. Fiquei completamente desamparado como cliente. Além do problema financeiro, a estrutura do hotel também deixou muito a desejar. O estacionamento não fica no mesmo local, mas em outra quadra. Isso obriga os hóspedes a atravessarem uma rua bastante movimentada carregando malas, mochilas e outros pertences, o que é extremamente inconveniente e, dependendo do horário e da quantidade de bagagem, pode até representar um risco. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi marcada por falta de transparência, desrespeito às condições da reserva e um atendimento que não demonstrou qualquer preocupação em resolver um problema criado pelo próprio hotel. Não recomendo este hotel

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com a hospedagem. O check-in demorou cerca de 30 minutos porque, segundo fui informada, não havia quarto disponível, o que gerou um transtorno desnecessário. Além disso, reservei um quarto executivo, mas fui acomodada em uma categoria diferente da contratada, sem qualquer explicação ou consulta prévia. Outro ponto foi a cobrança do consumo. Peguei duas garrafas de água, que estavam informadas com o valor de R$ 5,00 cada, mas fui cobrada em R$ 22,00 no total, o que não corresponde ao preço informado. A estadia ficou muito aquém da experiência esperada.

A estadia deixou bastante a desejar. Logo ao chegarmos, o quarto apresentava um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, o que nos obrigou a solicitar a troca. Para nossa frustração, o segundo quarto também tinha o mesmo problema, o que comprometeu bastante o conforto. O atendimento da equipe também não foi satisfatório, com pouca cordialidade no qual sequer fomos recebidos com uma simples saudação, o que passa uma impressão de descaso. No café da manhã, ao chegarmos por volta das 9h, havia pouquíssimas opções disponíveis, aparentando falta de reposição. No geral, a experiência foi negativa, principalmente pela questão do cheiro nos quartos, atendimento pouco acolhedor e café da manhã abaixo do esperado.
