The property is in need of renovation. There is mold on the windows, the bed Is very uncomfortable the carpets in the hallways are dirty the rooms are old and not nice. I would not recommend this place.

The room it’s nothing like it shows in the photos. Not clean, very bad mattress, old towels, horrible breakfast. The lobby had strong smell coming from sewer... after comment with front desk, the person told she couldn’t smell anything wrong... On my second day, I left early, came back after 3pm and the room was still not clean, bed still messy and not clean towels... very dissatisfying

Bom dia, Atendimento péssimo, demoraram para realizar o checkin e com uma má vontade que parecia que estavam fazendo um favor, eles possuem apenas 6 vagas de garagem e no site do hoteis dizia que estava incluso a garagem. Porém, eles tem parceria com um estacionamento uma quadra pra frente mas são horriveis em comunicação, me falaram para ir deixar o carro la e chegando la o rapaz nem tinha mais vaga e disse que o hotel não estava atendendo eles, porque eles queriam avisar. Fiquei rodando com o carro para achar vaga e no fim acabei deixando na rua. Fica bem em uma avenida super movimentava então é bem ruim de achar vaga. No quarto tem frigobar e não tem uma agua na geladeira, o cliente precisa descer pegar na recepção. Achei uma estadia bem mais o menos porque a cama é desconfortável, os corredores estavam fedidos porque devem ter jogado algum produto no carpete do corredor e muito mal organizado e achei o cumulo não ter vaga para estacionar no hotel.

Sou cliente há algum tempo do CWB, porém caiu muito a qualidade: - água não esquenta - coberta suja, usada e com mal cheiro - não tinha mais edredom na portaria - atendente disse “não tem mais senhor”, e desligou na minha cara. - travesseiros absurdamente finos - camas de mola duras - sem tapete de chão no banheiro
