Homeless, unclean, toxic & treats you a criminal

Old building not well maintained. Paint is peeling the hallways are dark and mildew-y. You get begged for money by homeless the instant you walk out the door, terrible area. Your key card demagnetizes every single day so you have to check back in, every day, even if you paid. I did.not complete the full stay and they wouldnt refund or fix any problems.

Stay away if you want to feel you are in Curitiba

This hotel is well located in the center of Curitiba in a beautiful street what makes harder to stay in this hotel because the change of view when you enter into the hotel seems like you are entering into another reality. Don't waste your time and go to another place. The hotel is dirty with stained floor everywhere and furniture like you get at the curb in poor neighborhoods. The room was clean. We couldn't close tge window because it was suffocating hot and ac was non- existent. Mosquitoes swarmed inside and you got the picture. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the local but the place didn't give me appetite. We made a point if taking picture in the deceiving balcony, only place worthy of guests.

Great value and location for downtown hotel

Excellent balcony overlooking the pedestrian street of downtown. Extensive but simple breakfast buffet. Overall a good value for the money.

Antes do checkin, tentei contato por telefone e whatsapp, nada, ao chegar te m que subir uma escada enorme para ir na recepção, quem tiver muitas malas vai penar um pouco. Estavam fazendo obra no andar (sexto), as camareiras escutando música alta, café da manhã com xícara trincada, quarto sem funcionar duas tomadas, pelo preço (entre 200 a 300), não valeu, por esse nível uns 150.

A cama de casal era super estreita, colchões de mola, nada confortáveis. O banheiro estava com limbo no chão e com mofo no teto. O ar condicionado era muito antigo, super barulhento e consertado com “remendos” de fita, nada profissional. A condensadora do lado de fora do quarto fazia tanto barulho que parecia que ia sair voando. O ralo do banheiro não dava conta de escoar a água do chuveiro fazendo uma piscina nojenta nos pés. Não tem elevador até o primeiro andar onde fica a recepção e não conseguimos parar o carro logo em frente ao hotel para descer as malas, tendo que atravessar uma espécie de “calçadão” de paralelepípedo carregando as malas.

Infelizmente, minha estadia neste hotel foi muito abaixo das expectativas. As fotos divulgadas não condizem com a realidade — o local aparenta ser bem mais confortável e limpo do que realmente é. O dormitório estava sujo, com cheiro desagradável e manutenção visivelmente negligenciada. As toalhas são ásperas, não são trocadas diariamente e o papel higiênico é de folha simples, algo que não condiz com o valor cobrado pela diária. Além disso, não há shampoo nem condicionador disponíveis, o que demonstra falta de atenção aos detalhes básicos de hospitalidade. Os elevadores estavam fora de funcionamento, causando transtornos, principalmente para quem carrega bagagens. O pior, porém, foi a falta de água quente, que já dura mais de 18 horas, sem qualquer previsão de retorno ou comunicação clara da administração. A sensação é de descuidado e desrespeito com o hóspede. Considerando o conjunto de falhas, não recomendo a hospedagem e não voltaria ao local.
