Ficamos no quarto 501. A persiana da janela não fechava. Pedimos manutenção logo após o check in, saímos às 15:30 e voltamos para o hotel passado da meia noite e a manutenção não aconteceu. Em contato com a portaria, nos disseram: não temos manutenção aos sábados. Perguntamos qual a solução, a reposta foi: vai ter que dormir assim mesmo. Verificamos que haviam lençóis sujos, pedimos para trocar, o recepcionista falou: pode deixar uma reclamação no site. Ou seja, dormimos com lençol sujo e as 7hs da manhã acordamos com a claridade no rosto. Péssima experiência

A localização do hotel fica próximo ao trilho de trem. Até aí tudo bem. Senão fosse a buzina do trem a meia noite e depois as 6 da manhã. Fiquei no vigésimos segundo andar e o som era muito alto.

Bom custo benefício.

A localização do hotel é boa, embora fique um pouco afastado do centro e seja comum se deparar com moradores de rua nas imediações. Fica bem próximo da Rodoviária e do Mercado Municipal e tem uma padaria grande e um mercadinho a uma quadra. O apartamento é amplo, limpo e aceita pets (com taxa adicional).
