Parents loved it

We got a night stay at NH Hotel The Five in Curitiba as a gift for my parents' 50th anniversary, and they loved it. Everything went smoothly, from the booking to special voucher and celebration arrangements. I live abroad but I was able to contact the booking department through email and WhatsApp chat. They had a great time. Thanks for all the staff that helped make this occasion even more special.

The hotel is beautiful. The bed sheets had a strong bad odor of detergent. Room had dust. As you can see in the pictures the shower had molds. The air-conditioning was VERY noisy. I had to call at least few times the room service for cutlery.

Quarto de tamanho bom e silencioso Banheiro grande com uma excelente ducha. Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de 4 shoppings e inúmeros cafés e bons restaurantes. Fácil encontrar, chegar e sair Equipe de funcionários muito solícita e prestativa. Possui uma academia muito boa com vários equipamentos da Life Fitness, dumbbells até 28kgs, difícil encontrar uma tão completa em um hotel. O café da manhã merece um destaque, inúmeras opções com muita qualidade, inclusive com café expresso, tudo com muita rapidez de reposição.

O hotel é bonito, mas nada confortável. Cama extremamente dura, sem mola ensacada, vidro do quarto bem sujo, ducha que molhava o banheiro inteiro e o café da manhã que não surpreendeu. Além disso, um hotel 5 estrelas que não disponibiliza água no quarto, chega a impressionar… Existem opções bem melhores e por isso não sugiro! Além disso, a região é beeem comercial e existem várias pessoas pedindo dinheiro próximo ao hotel. Não recomendo!
