Listed as 1400 check in 1200 check out in my booking. Arrived at around 1330 due to flight time, I was able to check into my room. The night before I check out I requested for a 1300 check out so I can use my bathroom after a morning walk before I go to the airport. It was granted. Only down side was one of the staffs in front desk not able to speak English. But they were the one who let me have a late check out. I typed in Google Translate and they said OK.

Para quem deseja se hospedar com bom custo-beneficio, o hotel atende muito bem. Nada de muito luxo. Entrega bem o essencial. Quarto reformado, camas e roupas de cama boas. Ficamos em três pessoas, e, por isso, o quarto ficou um pouco apertado. Banheiro reformado.Realce para o café da manhã muito variado e farto. Funciona restaurante até 22h o que ajuda muito se voce não quiser sair do hotel a noite. Garagem paga com manobrista no próprio prédio. Bem no centro da cidade.

Tive uma excelente experiência durante minha hospedagem. O hotel é muito confortável, limpo e bem organizado. A equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar. Hotel não pode ser considerado 4 estrelas, sentimo-nos numa “fake News de classificação”, colchão da cama com molas cansadas, sensação de “cair da cama”, quando usava a água quente ela ficava amarela, não tinha shampoo e café da manhã deixou a desejar. Sinceramente foi uma decepção esta hospedagem no Intercity Batel.

O hotel é bom, mas o quarto precisa de melhorias. A parte do forro estava defeituosa, o frigobar estava vazando água, a pia do banheiro estava entupida, a ducha higiênica só abre no registro. Mas o quarto é confortável, silencioso. O café da manhã é muito bom!

A equipe de funcionários atendeu bem, a limpeza foi boa, porém poderia ser um pouco melhor. O armário é bem pequeno para um quarto para 3 pessoas. A climatização é boa, porém não localizamos instruções de uso. Como o aparelho estava com alguns botões apagados, demorou um pouco para entender a operação. O frigobar é um pouco barulhento. O café da manhã é ótimo, com boa reposição. O restaurante tem poucas opções, neste ponto poderia melhorar.
