When I first saw the room, I thought it was a little small and not too impressed. But, the bed and sheets were fantastic, the bathroom was extremely nice, the water in the shower had pressure. This is a very nice hotel

Pontos fortes: boa localização, café da manhã é bom e atendentes são simpáticos. Pontos fracos: quartos sujos, roupas de cama sujas. Para dar mais detalhes, informo o que aconteceu. Chegamos no quarto e chão estava bem sujo. Ligamos para a recepção mas não podia fazer nada pois, segundo eles, os responsáveis pela limpeza já tinham ido embora. No dia seguinte, nos colocaram em outro quarto e a roupa de cama estava suja (tenho foto e parecia coco). Chamamos a moça da limpeza e ela trouxe uma nova roupa de cama. O hotel é ok e estando lá pude perceber porque é bem avaliado. O hotel é usado por centenas de empresas que hospedam seus funcionários(mtas vezes para períodos curtos) e por isso é bem avaliado. Por fim, queria dizer que a Ashlei e a cubana Ale são excelentes, pessoas maravilhosas que somam demais ao hotel.

A estadia foi muito boa. Destaques para: camas e travesseiros confortáveis; limpeza; café da manhã maravilhoso, pois tem opções sem glúten e sem lactose, fit...E tudo delicioso, com muita variedade! A comida do restaurante tbm é boa e tem preço justo. Pontos negativos: o ar condicionado faz barulho (apita de tempos em tempos) e o frigobar também.

Hotel confortável , localização muito boa ( no Batel e ao mesmo tempo próximo ao centro histórico ). Café da manhã farto e com reposição rápida . Não gostei das toalhas de banho , recebi uma que estava esgarçada , para não dizer rasgada; a partir daí já comecei a achar até o cheiro delas estranho. A limpeza do quarto foi ok, a cama confortável e os travesseiros não eram ruins. Bom custo benefício.
