Primeiramente me colocaram em um quarto com cheiro de tinta. Pedi a troca, no outro quarto, só tinha cobertor de solteiro, mesmo sendo um quarto de casal. Para piorar não tinha água quente para tomar banho. Tive que perder uma diária, pq nem o ressarcimento eles deram.

O quarto é simples, o café da manhã estava bom, o hotel é bem localizado, proximo de pontos turísticos no centro da cidade e ao lado de um shopping. Oferecem opção de lanche a noite no hotel. Estava frio e o ar condicionado do quarto nao funcionou. O sofá cama disponivel serve para criança, nao para um adulto.

Nao costumo ser muito exigente com as acomodacoes, mas este ibis é totalmente abaixo do padrao. Ar condicinado sem funcionar, colchão fino e velho, sem toalha de rosto, e para piorar, ha uma porta para o apartamento vizinho que faz com que absolutamente tudo que é falado em um apartamento é ouvido no outro. Pra mim o café da manhã nesse hotel é um dos melhores da rede Ibis. A equipe é muito atenciosa e dedicados. Eu descia pro café faltando uns 30min pra acabar o horário, mesmo estando só eu lá, eles ainda estavam repondo os itens no buffet... Tudo sempre fresco, bem identificados. Enfim, fiquei neste hotel nas três vezes que fui pra Curitiba e não abro mão de ficar nele. Localização excelente, equipe super prestativa e educada.
