How to damage your car paying a lot for that

Not my first time there. Other times everything was amazing. This time, my car, which was parked inside the hotel and was a paid parking lot, had two small damages... It's going to be invisible after polishing, but my car has an auxiliar system, with sensors at front, rear AND a camera... Why is it that a professional place is able to damage a car in two different places with all this technology?! Ibis, I'll share this experience with everything I've met all over the world. My car, which is a brand new one, although it turned 5 years yesterday, has just got its first damages! Tks a lot for that.
