You can hear the noise of the exhaust vent loudly if the room is close to it, particularly in higher floors. I asked to change rooms and the staff was kind enough to do it. Both rooms I saw didn't have locks on the windows.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente principalmente a senhora da limpeza, o quarto não tem segurança a janela abre a tranca estava com problema, o que é um perigo para criança, a pia do banheiro estava com vazamento o que deixava o banheiro molhado, o chuveiro não estava legal, a água não caia uniforme, o café da manha do último dia de estadia que ocorreu na segunda-feira estava bem ruim parecia que só tinha as sobras dos dias anteriores.
