Quarto horrível. Limpeza por cima. Nem o chão era limpo. Meu quarto no passado que eles não sabem dizer quando teve cachorro e a ração ficou lá nós meus 7 dias. Mesmo falando não tirarão. A meia da minha filha sumiu 2 dias pedindo e vim embora sem as meias. O café da manhã e médio mas o bolo que caiu embaixo da mesa avisamos e ficou lá por dias. O pessoal são bons ouvintes mas zero soluçao. Fiquei extremamente decepcionado pois fui para Um hotel no Guaíra e depois me mudaram para um outro hotel da Rede e um pior que o outro. Sinceramente não recomendo a Rede Andrade e nunca mais volto. Péssimo.

Infelizmente, o edredom branco disponibilizado no meu quarto estava encardido, sujo, com manchas de café e/ou refrigerante, além de exalar um forte mau cheiro. Diante dessa situação inaceitável, dirigi-me à portaria para solicitar a substituição por uma peça limpa. A resposta do funcionário foi: "Vamos ver se tem". Em seguida, ele me entregou um cobertor em condições igualmente deploráveis. É inadmissível que uma rede hoteleira ofereça enxovais nessas condições aos seus hóspedes. A Rede Andrade precisa rever, com urgência, seus padrões de higiene, conservação e controle de qualidade, pois esse tipo de situação demonstra falta de cuidado e respeito com o cliente.

O quarto do hotel é muito antigo, janelas não abrem, muito sujas por fora, piso velho precisando reforma, não oferecem edredom, tem um cobertor grosso pesado, a cama de solteiro é bem estreita. Uma das recepcionistas da noite, tem as unhas tão grandes que não consegue digitar o cadastro sem perguntar muitas vezes porque a unha atrapalha na digitação, sem contar que ela não é muito simpática e nem receptiva. Vaso parece sujo de tão velho.

O hotel fica em uma localização ótima para quem quer fazer alguns passeios a pé. Quase vizinho a Rua 24 horas, onde pegamos o ônibus de turismo para passear na cidade. As atendentes da recepção foram atenciosas. O café era bom e farto. A equipe da cozinha atenta e fazia reposição dos itens a todo momento. A camareira deixava o quarto bem limpo. Estes são os pontos positivos. O prédio do hotel é bem antigo e não tem uma boa conservação. As janelas estão bem velhas, as tomadas do quarto não funcionavam e tivemos que retirar a mesa de cabeceira para conseguir ligar o frigobar ao lado da cama. Sabia que não era hotel de luxo, até pelo valor pago. Então, não tenho o que reclamar. A hospedagem atendeu as expectativas.

Gostei da localização, porém o banheiro estava todo manchado e mal lavado, as toalhas não tinha pra todos os hóspedes e eram panos de chão de tão velhas, as fronhas estavam sujas, enfim primeira vez que não gostamos da hospedagem, o café da manhã foi bom, nos ovos mechidos encontrei pedaços de plastico, ficamos com receio.

Ficamos hospedados em quatro adultos nos dias 23 a 30 de junho de 2026. Vamos aos fatos: 1. Estrutura física do hotel: é antiga e falta manutenção, janelas portas e janelas sujas. Banheiro muito mau cuidado, embora água quente funcione. 2. Café da manhã: Bom e equipe excelente, sempre há reposição e limpeza das mesas. 3. Recepção com funcionários educados e prestativos dentro do possível, na verdade eles não tem nenhuma responsabilidade das condições físicas do hotel. 4. Limpeza dos Quartos: se você pedir as funcionárias da limpeza fazem as trocas das toalhas e lençol que também são bem surrados. A maioria dos funcionários são educados e prestativos. 5. Localização do hotel: Excelente, perto de supermercados, praça, estação de ônibus, shopping e feiras. Precisa ter um pouco de cuidado se sair a noite a pé. Estacionamento: não usei, mas pelo que percebi não é grande e parece ser pago, porém há outros por perto, 6. Segurança: É importante deixar as Portas sempre trancadas, pois há deficiência na segurança do hotel, enquanto estava lá a polícia foi chamada para prender um homem que estava nos corredores. Resumindo: Se fosse para ficar novamente eu não ficaria pela estrutura física do hotel e falta de manutenção. Espero ter ajudado.
