Já anos me hospedei neste hotel, infelizmente nos últimos anos a qualidade do hotel me decepcionou!! No quarto 906 piso rachado, tampa do vaso sanitário rachada torneira da pia sem água quente pela baixas temperaturas de Curitiba muito difícil de madrugada lavar o rosto na água congelante.cafe da manhã básico!! e enjoativo pra se hospeda por mais de 2 dias sem opções zero açúcar lactose glúten e etc.. Outros hotéis da rede oferece um café excepcional pena que não segue os padrões dos outros. A comodidade tbm não oferece duas toalhas de rosto infelizmente tem q se compartilhar a mesma de rosto Colaboradores da reserva sem empatia .

O quarto é limpo e espaçoso com frigobar, camas bem arrumadas e espaçosas, travesseiros confortáveis, toalhas limpas, shampoo e sabonetes de brinde, ar condicionado novo do tipo split, funcionários educados e muito prestativos, estacionamento com o vallet que leva e traz o carro. Região excelente e segura. Café da manhã gostoso. Checkin e Checkout ágeis. Porém tem alguns contras: o elevador é antigo e meio "maluco", você aperta o botão e as vezes não vem. A água do chuveiro, tem duas torneiras: quente e frio. A torneira fria é gelada. E a torneira quente é apenas "morna". Mesmo fechando completamente a torneira fria e deixando somente a quente aberta, a água não esquenta muito. O cartão eletrônico que abre a porta do quarto as vezes desconfigura, e você só descobre quando chega ao quarto, aí precisa chamar o elevador, descer até a recepção e refazer o código do cartão.

Me fizeram realizar um novo pagamento no check in. Despreparo. Tive que aguardar até 2a- feira para conversar com o financeiro, que não conseguiu identificar o pagamento realizado através da plataforma hoteis.com. Novamente, despreparo. Tive que enviar os prints da minha conta/ extrato do cartão, e mesmo assim insistiam que o valor não havia sido identificado. Mais uma vez: despreparo. Sem contar que ao retornar ao quarto de madrugada, a “recepção “ sabendo que as chaves haviam DESMAGNETIZADO, me fizeram subir ate o quarto ( depois de aguardar o elevador antigo chegar depois de quase 5 minutos), e ter que solicitar a liberação do acesso novamente. Uma sequência de falhas que demonstraram falta de profissionalismo, falta de respeito, falta de responsabilidade com os clientes.
