This conveniently-located hotel is an excellent value. It was quiet, I probably got the best night's sleep I had in almost a month. The breakfast exceeded expections: a wide selection of breads, fruits, juices, and delicious coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful, I felt very welcome here.

Treated like a criminal

I reserved this room for my daughter who lives in Curitiba but needed to leave the house she shares with my son because of COVID. My wife and I live in the US. There was a problem with paying with my international card, for whatever reason. Plus it was on the weekend so it took some time to try and resolve it. I've never paid for a hotel room up front, but they were insisting her to pay. It seems this was some type of bordello for locals. Who would have thought. Besides the point. So they treated my daughter poorly. The problem is my bank saw them making attempts but for no value amount. According to them they kept entering $0. It doesn't matter, staff treated my daughter poorly, like a prostitute. Asking her a bunch of personal questions that are none of their business. So, I transferred money by Western Union to her and she left prior to the end of her stay. I found another hotel slightly more expensive that wasn't a bordello and paid Hotel.com. Which I thought I did in the first place but must of clicked the wrong response. Unless you're looking for somewhere cheap to pay by the hour? Find somewhere else to stay.

Razoável, acho que os lençóis da cama e as toalhas estão na hora de renovar. Os funcionários foram ótimos, super prestativos. O quarto estava limpo e organizado. O local possui uma boa localização, bem no centro da cidade. O café da manhã não tive a oportunidade de provar, pois não fiquei até o dia amanhecer.

A edificação é antiga e não possui elevador. Mas os cômodos estavam muito limpos, com exceção dos travesseiros que tinham aquelas manchinhas amarelas de suor. Todos os funcionários que tive contato foram super atenciosos e educados. O café da manhã é praticamente o mesmo cardápio todos os dias, mas é bem servido e tudo muito limpo e organizado. E apesar de um dos dias terem servido um bolo duro que devia ser de outro dia, de modo geral o café da manhã foi satisfatório. A localização é muito boa, cheio de comércios e opções para lanchar, confeitarias, padarias, e etc. O hotel fica em frente ao terminal de ônibus Guadalupe, que é aberto e também tem vários quiosques com lanchinho baratos. Só tem que cuidar pois ali circulam muitos drogados e, pelo o que conversei com alguns comerciantes, tem situações de furtos e roubos. Então evitar andar com celular nas mãos e manter bolsas sempre viradas pra frente junto ao corpo.

Quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários não solicitei nafs então não tem como avaliar, café da manhã bom, só não acredito por conta de na nedia 100 reais deixar de ter uma sanduícheira, estacionamento não optei por pagar , mas presenciei vários hóspedes tendo que solicitar abertura ou liberação do portão, acho que pelo preço, proporcionalmente falando com outros hotéis do mesmo nível não poderia haver esse desgaste. O quarto 107 atrás da recepção, o falatório muito audível da recepção, principalmente a partir das 6h e um vazamento no banheiro que ao utiliza-lo impossível não molhar a meia ou os pés, o chuveiro super quente, queimando a pele , porém pouquíssima água, essas são as observações quanto as instalações no meu uso.

Banheiro com fechadura emperrada, funcionário da noite antipático se eximiu em ajudar com probelma do Wi-Fi, Internet não funcionando direito, nenhum papel com informações sobre ramal ou afins no quarto, apenas duas tomadas velhas não ocupadas no quarto todas distantes da cama, chuveiro fraco ou esquentando demais, ou pouquíssimo, sem pasta de dentes, toalha com mancha preta. Porém o café da manhã era bom, a funcionária que no dia estava sozinha na cozinha e também como camareira, acumulando funções, era excelente, assim como o recepcionista da manhã, também muito bom!!!

O quarto é bem simples, mas se você busca o mesmo que busquei nesta viagem, que foi um lugar para tomar um banho e dormir, já tá valendo a economia. Lembre-se, não há elevador. Você terá que subir escadas. O café da manhã é de regular a fraco, mas pra mim cumpriu o objetivo. Não tem ovos mexidos no café da manhã. No check out, depois de 4 noites de estátua, solicitei uma breve postergação sem custo (seria de no máximo mais 2h), que não foi concedida. Lembre-se de pedir quartos mais silenciosos, alguns ficam perto da rua, onde há bastante movimento. Mesmo assim, recomendo o hotel para quem deseja economizar e busca apenas um lugar para tomar banho e dormir.

Atendimento nota 10. Quarto na limpeza e nota 10. Mas o quarto 416 o banheiro tem o vaso sanitário grudado com o vidro do box pecímo. O café da manhã e uma maravilha bem farto e ótimo. Estacionamento, não é coberto no dia de chuva ao decer do carro até chegar no hotel fica tudo molhado..
