The room was okay, but very small and somewhat lacking in cleanliness. The staff were extremely kind and polite, the breakfast was very good, and the location is excellent, close to everything. They do not provide an iron if you need one, you must pay for the service, and if it is last-minute, you pay double. If you need ice, you will have to pay R$25 per bag, as nothing is free. There is valet parking available for R$45 per day. Therefore, be prepared if you decide to stay at this hotel.

Hotel muito bom apesar de os quartos serem antigos mas tem bastante melhorias já feitas. Está super bem localizado, no centro da cidade e dá para passear a pé. Tivemos um problema no check-in porque aqui no site dizia ter 2 camas Queen e quando chegamos, disseram que era um erro do site e teria 1 cama de casal e 1 se solteiro. Estávamos em 4 pessoas. Acabaram nos dando uma suíte com 2 camas mas eram tamanho casal padrão que para dormir em dois ficou apertado. Fora isso o hotel foi muito solicito. Café da manhã ótimo e equipe muito atenciosa.
