The room was okay, but very small and somewhat lacking in cleanliness. The staff were extremely kind and polite, the breakfast was very good, and the location is excellent, close to everything. They do not provide an iron if you need one, you must pay for the service, and if it is last-minute, you pay double. If you need ice, you will have to pay R$25 per bag, as nothing is free. There is valet parking available for R$45 per day. Therefore, be prepared if you decide to stay at this hotel.

Muito caro pelo que oferece. Café da manhã é apenas razoavel e as suites apesar de bem cuidadas precisam de uma repaginada. TV sem acesso a netflix e youtube por exemplo e janela que pode ser aberta totalmente. Para quem viaja com criança isso é um problema. No check in o staff nem deu bola para o fato de estarmos em casal mais uma criança e o quarto ter apenas a cama de casal.
