Giant room, pleasant staff and pretty decent breakfast. Expedia has this as a 4-star hotel but I don’t agree. Sheets and towels could be much better, as well as providing extra pillows rather than just one per bed. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but it was good as well.

When asking for more pillows we were told one pillow per person. When we mentioned that we were having guests the next day they told us we could only have guests for 30 minutes but they could use common areas in the hotel. ?????Breakfast was weak, but included in the price.

Hotel muito bom. Apartamentos família em tamanho formidável. Tive um pequeno contratempo pois avisei que ia sair às 3 da manhã para o aeroporto e colocaram meu veículo atrás de outros 15 carros. A sorte foi que contei com a colaboração do funcionário que estava na recepção que junto de mim e de minha esposa tiramos todos os veículo que prendiam o meu. Quase perco voo. Mas deu tudo certo. Funcionário ajudou bastante.

Minha experiência no Hotel Alta Régia foi razoável. Os funcionários foram educados e prestativos durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã é um dos grandes destaques: muito variado, com diferentes tipos de pães, bolos, frutas, frios e bebidas. Achei um diferencial oferecer leite em pó Ninho, Molico e Nescau. O ambiente do café é aconchegante e agradável. O quarto é bastante amplo, com uma mistura de mobiliário antigo e moderno. Possui frigobar, uma sala com sofá e mesa com duas cadeiras, varanda, banheiro espaçoso e um quarto de bom tamanho. Por outro lado, alguns pontos precisam de melhorias. As toalhas estavam bem gastas, os cobertores tinham cheiro de mofo (optamos por usar o que levamos de casa), os travesseiros eram muito baixos e macios, e a cama também era baixa e mole. Além disso, o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando. O estacionamento é pago à parte e é necessário deixar a chave do veículo. Inicialmente o carro fica estacionado ao lado do hotel e, durante a noite, é levado para a garagem no subsolo, onde os hóspedes não têm acesso. No geral, o hotel tem boa estrutura e um excelente café da manhã, mas alguns itens de conforto e manutenção merecem atenção.

A localização do hotel é ótima, facilitando muito o deslocamento. ​Quartos: Os quartos têm um espaço muito bom. No primeiro dia, ficamos no quarto triplo (401), que conta com três camas no quarto, mas sem TV no ambiente de dormir (ela fica em uma sala anexa e era um pouco pequena). No segundo dia, conversamos com a recepção e fomos transferidas para um quarto duplo com uma cama adicional (quarto 1102). Para nós, essa troca foi excelente! O quarto nos atendeu muito melhor e a vista era simplesmente perfeita. ​Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos desde o primeiro minuto. Quero deixar um agradecimento e elogio especial para os rapazes do restaurante (Marcos e Juan), para a moça da recepção que nos atendeu (não guardei o nome, mas foi um amor!) e para o rapaz que realizou o nosso check-out. Todos super atenciosos! ​Recomendo a estadia e com certeza voltaríamos!
