Giant room, pleasant staff and pretty decent breakfast. Expedia has this as a 4-star hotel but I don’t agree. Sheets and towels could be much better, as well as providing extra pillows rather than just one per bed. Bathroom had a bit of a smell but it was good as well.

When asking for more pillows we were told one pillow per person. When we mentioned that we were having guests the next day they told us we could only have guests for 30 minutes but they could use common areas in the hotel. ?????Breakfast was weak, but included in the price.

O Quarto era limpo e pedimos mais dois travesseiros, pois são muito baixos. Os funcionários foram cordiais e solícitos. A noite tem barulho na redondeza que incomoda a pegar no sono, mesmo ficando em andar alto. No Café da Manhã as mesas estavam sujas e tivermos que pedir e esperar para serem limpas. A minha experiência completa dou uma nota 6.0.

O quarto era bem grande, quanto à isso as crianças adoraram. As cortinas não sei como é a higienização, mas eu senti um pouco de cheiro de mofo. O ar condicionado não é dos melhores, também me preocupou sobre a limpeza dele. O teto do banheiro estava embolorado com a tinta saindo devido ao bolor. Não tem janela no banheiro. A piscina estava suja e não parece muito com a foto que postaram. O café da manhã foi bem gostoso, o lugar do café também. O hotel está passando por reforma na portaria, mas os atendentes logo que chegamos foram bem ok, nada de muito simpáticos. O elevador é bem antigo e apertadinho. É um hotel bem nível padrão mas não achei barato pelo o que oferece. As camas foram bem confortáveis. O chuveiro bem gostoso para tomar um banhão. Adoramos o tamanho do quarto, foi o que mais gostamos na estadia.
