The room was wonderful, comfortable and well set up, and my dog was welcomed. I had an odd experience of the thermostat not allowing the temp to go down cooler for sleeping though, and then no hot water in the shower the next morning. They were very apologetic and provided us with extra Reward points in compensation. It is a wonderful hotel and restaurant and great location. The garage signage is very poor however, to determine parking relative to elevators and then elevator lobbies are not well signed to know how to return to your car. That said, I'd certainly stay there again!

Hotel is old and is in need of a fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning. There was a lot of dust in our room and there were many areas that needed some TLC throughout the hotel. We came pack to an unmade room and came to find out that needed to request for it to be made up. Ok great you might want to let me know in some way or another. I have stayed here multiple times over the past 20 years and this would be our last visit as outside of changing the TV not much has changed since the first time I came here.

Hotel was alright. Room was clean. Everything worked. The layout was weird. Pool was not on premisis, you have to walk somewhere. Be aware that the provided breakfast is at the hotel restaurant. The included breakfast deal provides two breakfasts with drinks. You pay for anything more. This was not clear from the information on Expedia. Since 3 people were in my room, I was disappointed about breakfast. I will pick a different hotel in the future. Also, Hilton points were denied to me because I reserved on Expedia. Bottled water in the room was $3.00 compared to $0.25 at Costco. It's a solvable problem by drinking tap water but it just would have been nice to feel like I'm getting value.

Great hotel in the heart of Cupertino. Conveniently located by a major crossroad with access to lots of food and shopping options nearby. Note, hotel itself has limited options but they are not all that bad. Minutes to Apple, 15-20 mins to major tech companies. The Westfield mall is not too far, along with Santana Row if you are the mood for shopping. The room was spacious, clean and has excellent housekeeping staff. Front desk is attentive and helpful. They have a nook that sells packaged snacks (the choice here could be a little better). The hotel is pet friendly and our dog loved the place as well.
