Cet appartement laissé dans son jus des années 70-80 est idéalement situé.Il est décoré tel une maison de vacances familiale.La literie des 2 chambres avec lits simples est adaptées uniquement à des poids plume(-40kg).Attention les chambre ne dispose d’aucune ventilation ou climatisation, ça a été un supplice pour nous sachant qu’il était impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit pour cause de moustiques!Autre sujet l’annonce est mensongère, elle indique un parking gratuit et un garage, hors il n’y a aucune place attitrée pour le logement sur le parking de l’immeuble qui n’a que 6 places pour environ 10 appartements ( aucune chance de s’y garer), et le garage n’existe pas. Obligé de se garer à 600m sinon stationnement payant très cher.Le format du lit double est juste pour un couple.La piscine est accessible mais par la voie publique.L’entrée est sécurisée, l’appartement équipé pour vivre à 5 sans problème.
