Tivemos um problema grave no check-in em que nos foi cobrado 50% a mais do valor. Nós fizemos a escolha usando o "Aceita Animais" como filtro. Fizemos a reserva. 1 dia antes escrevi ao hotel informando que iria com o cachorro. Aí depois de fazer o check-in e ser instalado no quarto a dona da pousada escreve no whatsapp que estamos no quarto errado, que precisamos pagar 50% a mais para poder ficar, sendo que era um feriado e não haviam outras opções. E só nessa hora, mais de 24h depois que eu escrevi informando sobre o pet, eles responderam a mensagem no sistema da hoteis.com. Então mesmo todo o resto da estadia foi estragado por essa falta de organização e taxa de 50% sobre o valor da estadia, sem aviso prévio, durante um feriado em que tudo está lotado e depois do check-in feito.

Pousada excelente e experiência incrível

Tivemos na pousada para passar 2 dias em família, e foram momentos muito especiais de tranquilidade e conexão com a natureza nos espaços da pousada. Equipe e os proprietários muito solicitos, serviço excelente e pudemos desfrutar de bons momentos e amizade nessa estadia. Quartos com boa conservação e limpeza, café da manhã preparado pela própria pousada e muito bem servido. Com certeza voltaremos em breve!
