ONly stayed for 1 night. Went through hotels app but it did not transfer my contact details correctly with the result hotel staff could not contact me. Staff were fantastic and even though I arrived at 1030 and they had been working since 7am they were still smiling, warm and welcoming despite the long day. Room was warm clean and very comfortable. The room was very good, clean and tidy. Good tea and coffee facilities. Good food down in the restaurant and excellent service by staff! The only thing that let it down slightly was the bathroom which was in need of a refurbishment as wood has been used to trim the base of the shower and it was warped and blackened from the water/steam. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.
