When we first arrived it took about 15 minutes to find our reservation. The room key that they gave us wouldn’t work. We stayed a couple of days and after the first night maid service /housekeeping never came to our room to bring clean towels freshen up and empty the trash cans. Whenever we checked out they couldn’t give us a receipt and that they would have to email us.

Yes everything was fine except the room was super hot. Had to turn the heat down from 75 to 68 and then it was still too hot so switched over to the AC. Loud workers and guests talking in hallway at a very loud volume outside my door at 745am. Like very lou!

Everything was quite good except the bathroom floor. Very dirty with hairs and dust. Looks like cleaner has been just swishing a mop around main area, not behind doors or even near corners. Made me assume the rest of the room isn't cleaned well either.
