We were not planning on this stay, and it was a last-minute reservation. Dani at the Front desk was great, and upgraded us. However, the room had no hot water, and the layout was a little different from other rooms we have stayed in at Fairfields. After a night's rest, it was better in the am, and they were all corrected. We would stay again.Thanks to all.

While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING - and not just people walking in hallways. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you including people using their restrooms. The lack of sound reduction is like nothing I have experienced in other hotel stays. I would not stay here again, I would just keep driving.

We had no heat all night. It was 56 degrees in our room. We had 3 young children with us. It was not a comfortable stay. I need a refund or partial refund because it is unacceptable to pay to sleep in such a condition with my children.
