Uniquely positioned beachfront reserve home with a later checkout. This being one of finest locations in Culburra Beach is just waiting for you. We have 2 dedicated bedrooms upstairs and then downstairs we have 1 dedicated bedroom as well as well as a fabulous rumpus room with a Tri-bunk bed (single at the top and queen at the bottom) along with a pool table and tv with an enormous amount of DVD's ready for you.
Light filled with a relatively modern kitchen stocked to suit the best cook. How about watching the waves roll in or do a spot of dolphin or whale watching, star gazing all from your deck and you can even do a spot of bird watching with the nature reserve at the back of the deck.
Bbq on the back deck or drop into one of the takeaway venues in the main street.
Comfort is what this home is all about from the moment you pull up in the driveway. Two bathrooms with one on each level for additional convenience and comfort.

This house was surrounded by beautiful bushland and quietly secluded. However we experienced bites from mites on the lounge, and a broken chair was left there which we knew not to use once we saw it. There were ants crawling up the wall.

The magic of culburra

We had a fantastic time meeting up with family. The house had everything we needed, especially games and activities to keep the kids entertained.Our favorite was the sunrises from the back balcony when lounging on the outdoor couch. Watching the bunnies, kangaroos and black cockatoos all roaming around the back yard. Will definitely be back!

Family break at Warrin Beach House

Fantastic location , just a hop skip and a jump to the beach for the sunrise and surfing. Comfy beds and lots of space for the young adults to hang out in the play room. Loved the out door dining space....
