This property is phenomenal! The design is beautiful and tastefully done. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and the hosts were so lovely to communicate with.Also to note the beds and pillows so comfortable! Adventure escape!

Rent a car and this house and you will not need to make any other plans! Stunning views from property, excellent host, easily accessible to all the adventures on the island. The kitchen/dining views make eating in a 5 star experience. We cant wait to go back!

Secluded Paradise

My wife and I couldn't have stayed at a better place in SXM. We typically stay at resorts, but after staying at OOF, we will always stay at a private villa in SXM in the future. The architecture of the villa was a whole new level and it created a serenity and energy at the same time. Hanging out at the pool was very secluded with an incredible view. Sylvie and Sacha were excellent hosts and always responded quickly when we had questions. We will be back!

Lovely stay!

We had a marvelous stay at Oof! The property is immaculate and so beautifully unique. Sylvie is so kind, helpful, friendly and accommodating. We adore her and can’t wait to come back to Oof one day. It’s serene perfection in the beautiful area of St Martin!

Wonderful

The property and view are more beautiful than the photos and very private. Silvie and Sacha were great hosts. It is in close proximity (5-10 min) to Grand Case (excellent restaurants) and Orient Beach (best beach). Parking is not an issue in either locations so bring a rental car. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer. We hope to stay here again.

Amazing property

This property is as beautiful as what you see in the pictures . The 3 levels allow you to have quiet time by yourself. The pool is just perfect and so are the bedrooms and living spaces. We had an amazing time we will definitely come back.

Oof villa is a beautiful property. We were traveling with our 21 year old son and the property has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Very clean and great views! Highly recommend!

Amazing architecture in a private, beautiful villa

Sylvie and Olivier have done an amazing job creating a beautiful home with multiple separate private living areas. The house is beautifully designed and very unique to the St Martin area - this is what made us book it. It is in a private, gated community and offers amazing privacy and beautiful views of the water. Very private and you feel secluded from neighbors given the unique design. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and ended up grilling every night given the beautiful outdoor eating areas. 5 stars all around.
