Directly facing the Caribbean sea, Villa Pinel has an unobstructed view of the Natural Reserve of Saint-Martin, Pinel Beach, and small neighbouring islands. It is the first property ever turned into a rental in this picturesque and peaceful area of Saint-Martin!

You can take the ferry boat. you can use one of the kayaks owned by the villa owners. they are available for you at the villa’s own boats dock!

With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, together with other additional facilities, the villa offers a fabulous waterfront vacation experience. You’ll contemplate the beautiful tropical gardens.

They incorporate a sundeck, private infinity pool. All of which overlook the charming bay in front of Pinel Villa. The sandy dreamy beach is within short distance from the estate.

The newly built premises include a spacious open living & kitchen area. The high ceiling gives a luxurious atmosphere. The three bedrooms and their
private newly designed bathrooms are vast. The spacious verandah is
comfortable. The pool is well maintained. The sun deck shows the broad view of the sea, the beach and the small island.

You also get to have a private parking space at the entrance of the villa.
The villa features 4 air-conditioned King sized bedrooms with 4 ensuite
designer bathrooms with a natural stone shower. Two bedrooms open to the deck and allow a fantastic view of the Caribbean sea.

As the third guest, you’ll be taking the room at the rear of the villa. It has access to a private independent garden patio. The fourth guest will have his / her / their studio suite on the lower level of the villa. It is a separate unit with it’s own entrance and terrace.

Your bedrooms are provided with an air conditioner installation. Your chambers are furnished with a new King sized bed imported from Bali and Indonesia. You’ll have fun dining on the terrace, a large al fresco design.

You can walk from the dining room, directly to the living room, set in front of it. The terrace overlooks the pool and the sea with the view of Pinel island.

The immaculate designer Gourmet kitchen (pictures will follow) reveals a discriminating taste for functional beauty and cutting-edge style. We always accommodate a full set of amenities.

Amongst the amenities we supply, you’ll find a ceramic glass hob, an oven, a microwave, a full sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and more…

As a chef or as a foodie connaisseur, the kitchen is the perfect kingdom for savoury adventures and preparing delicious meals. You will have fun cooking kitchen entirely supplied with the right equipment, including ample storage
