1. Estacionamento sem coordenação do hotel, ou seja, cada pessoa estaciona onde entender ser possível, e assim fica muito bagunçado. 2. O frigobar não é ligado e não possui nada para consumo. Se a pessoa deseja uma água, precisa ir até à recepção. 3. Muito barulho à partir das 5 horas da manhã, pois o pessoal lá hospedado, em sua maioria são trabalhadores e começam a ir para seus serviços.

hotel bastante antigo, porem ja me hospedei varias vezes nele e sempre foi bem adequada, desta vez senti que estão pecando na manutenção, a TV estava muito ruim, o chuveiro estava com a torneira de agua fria espanada, inclusive levei boas queimadas nos braços com agua quente e o secador oferecido estava funcionando so no frio. avisei na recepção na segunda feira, mas não tomaram providencia. Café da manhã bem servido e muito bom, equipe de funcionários bons, mas bem limitados. no geral o hotel e bom, mas tem que corrigir os problemas de imediato.

Tinha vazamentos no banheiro, o quarto era barulhento, com varios aparelhos de ar na parede do quarto! Pedi para trocar, quando fui para outro quarto tinha algum produto liso, melequento no chao que manhou minha meia. O funcionario na hora do checkout pessimo, fiquei 20min esperando ele fazer minha nota, porque uma pessoa na minha frente pediu a nota e foi tomar cafe da manha e ele falou que eu tinha que aguardar o atendimento da pessoa (que estava numa boa tomando cafe da manha) e eu querendo a nota para ir embora. Ruim ... se só tiver la em Cuiaba eu nao volto para Cuiaba

O cardápio do café era bem variado e completo. Os quartos eram ok também. Pontos que não gostei: ar condicionado não gela direto, precisa de pelo 2/3 horas para gelar um quarto (o que foi avisado ao atendente, que limitou a falar que ia falar com a manutenção e nunca tivemos retorno); limpeza (não era reposto papel higiênico ou toalha, tinha que ficar descendo na recepção e solicitando, que aliás, um atendente específico fez de mal grado, como se tivesse implorando para ter 2 toalhas, sendo que as antigas foram levadas e não repostas) e por último, esse mesmo atendente, ao pedir um prato pra ele, disse que não tinha, pois o restaurante do hotel estava fechado e não tinha a chave, sendo que 10min antes, meu marido foi até a recepção e pediu uma colher e ele mesmo entrou no restaurante e pegou. Ou seja, má vontade.
