O ponto critico é que o quarto e banheiro estão em total desacordo com os mostrados no site. O tamanho do quarto é muito aquém do divulgado. Acredito que 50% do tamanho informado. O banheiro nada tem a ver com o mostrado. Muito pequeno e acabamento muito inferior. Pedi que nos colocassem num quarto conforme o anunciado. Ofereceram outro, mas praticamente igual ao primeiro. Cafe da manha na sexta feira , muito pobre. No sabado teve boa melhora. Divulgam que têm restaurante, mas não funciona. As instalações são antigas, e não recebem a devida manutenção. Ar condicionado com carenagem quebrada e filtro muito sujo. Concluindo, não recomendaria esse hotel. Vale ressaltar que os funcionarios são atenciosos.

Fomos muito bem recebidas pela recepcionista Fabiane.Hotel hiper limpo,quarto amplo,com camas novas e lençóis e travesseiros limpos.Frigobar e chuveiro funcionando perfeitamente. Precisa melhorar

Ano passado tive uma ótima estadia no hotel, mas dessa vez foi decepcionante. O quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte dos móveis (horrível para quem é alérgico, solicitei ajuda mas o problema não teve solução), o ar-condicionado funcionava mas estava quebrado e remendado com fita adesiva, o café estava um pouco mais simples dessa vez, as funcionalidades do banheiro estavam ok.
