My stay at the Delmond Hotel in Cuiabá was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are of great quality—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, the valet service is seamless, and the overall experience is always high-quality. Room is clean and nice. The amenities here are great—the restaurant and breakfast are both highlights of the stay, and I always enjoy the gym and the nice pool area. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable; however, they are starting to feel a bit dated after all these years. While everything is well-maintained, a modern refresh would really bring the guest rooms up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Still my go-to choice after a decade!

O quarto estava em boas condições, mas os travesseiros muito altos e nada macios. A equipe é razoavel e carece de treinamento. Almocei no hotel duas vezes e nas duas eles esqueciam as colheres de servir. Mesmo depois de cobrar por elas eles demoravam tanto que servi com o garfo mesmo. Eles são ágeis apenas na hora de tirar as coisas do café da manhã que se encerra pontualmente as 10h, mesmo aos finais de semana. Foi o primeiro hotel que vejo que não estende o horário até as 11h nos finais de semana.
