My stay at the Delmond Hotel in Cuiabá was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are of great quality—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were consistently professional and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Room service and the restaurant were both excellent, offering good variety and quality. Parking is also well managed, with hotel staff facilitating the process smoothly, which adds an extra layer of convenience. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable; however, they are starting to feel a bit dated after all these years. While everything is well-maintained, a modern refresh would really bring the guest rooms up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Still my go-to choice after a decade!

Confesso que a experiência foi decepcionante. Não é compreensível que, em pleno feriado e com o hotel em alta ocupação, a academia tenha sido interditada em um dia e a piscina no dia seguinte, sem alternativas ou comunicação adequada aos hóspedes. Além disso, o atendimento deixou a desejar. Os funcionários demonstraram pouca cordialidade e, no caso das encomendas (presentes) que recebemos, só fomos informados no dia seguinte — e ainda assim apenas após questionarmos na recepção. Outro ponto importante é o forte mau cheiro no 9º andar, que persistiu durante toda a nossa estadia, causando grande desconforto. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito aquém do que esperávamos.
