The finca is built directly on the beach; the house and pool are on the same level, making it largely barrier-free.

It features 4 stylishly furnished bedrooms in the Spanish style, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living area, and a well-equipped kitchen that invites guests to cook together. It offers barrier-free access in almost all rooms. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and state-of-the-art air conditioning.
Additionally, an exclusive tower for two people is available for rent. It features a
king-size bed, a private bathroom, a living area, and a private kitchen, and offers breathtaking ocean views—perfect for a special getaway for two or as a complement to the finca. This accommodates up to 10 people in total. Separate inquiries are welcome at any time.

The finca is about a two-hour drive from Alicante Airport and about an hour from Murcia and Almería airports. For your stay, we recommend renting a car so you can explore the surrounding area flexibly and comfortably.
All areas of the house and garden are exclusively at your disposal and offer a secure, private space to park several cars. Only a small storage room is private and not accessible. The exclusive tower is accessible to guests only if it has been rented as part of the booking.
