The kitchen was only a sink, cook top, and coffee maker; no frigde or microwave. Water was turned off for repairs originally 1-6 PM, but didn't come back on until 10:30 PM. Construction noises continued until 10:15 PM. There was no hot water the next morning for a shower. The nicest thing was the bed and bedding.

The staff was great, friendly and professional. The room was ok, but. I reserved a room with a kitchen and it did not have a refrigerator. That makes the kitchen almost useless. The restaurants bery good, but it was often closed. The few time I was able to eat there it was very good.

Just fantastic!

I loved everything about the Vaway in Cuenca, my view was beautiful. Most of all I loved the entire staff. One of the best hotel stays I have had and that was because of the wonderful staff!

Our family enjoyed staying at the Vaway Hotel in Cuenca. It was in the center of many restaurants, shops and more. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and the rooms were well kept.

The best hotel period.

We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very peaceful with friendly staff. The food was amazing so delicious. The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of downtown Cuenca.

Great location

Fabulous location in the historic centro. Unfortunately, very noisy with street noise late into the night. Our room smelled a bit, though it was very clean. Staff very helpful and good service. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the rooftop restaurant very good, though it was pretty mych the same every day. Overall a good stay in a superb location.

Next to the church and the church bells ring at 6:45 a.m. for about 5 minutes every day the windows are paper thin and you can hear everything in the street
