Beautiful suite with terraces and a view of the city.

Our suite is located in a quiet residential area, on the second floor of a condominium, and offers a beautiful view of the city—definitely a plus 😉.

Near the suite, you’ll find the Supermaxi de las Americas, shops, gyms, parks, pharmacies, hair salons, and more. Bus stops and taxis are just a few blocks away. We’re located about 5 minutes from downtown.
We have a garage for cars and single-cab pickup trucks.

The space
The suite offers a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. It features a bedroom with a private terrace and a TV with Netflix, YouTube, and cable channels; a bathroom with a shower and hot water; a breakfast nook; a kitchen; and a living room with access to a second terrace.
We have a washer and dryer 😉

Reservations are confirmed immediately so our guests know their stay is secured. However, since the building does not have a concierge, we need 1 to 1.5 hours to arrange key pickup if the reservation is made on the same day as check-in. As a courtesy, provided guests give one day’s notice, the service includes a basic breakfast basket (bread, eggs, and fresh cheese) to avoid food waste in case the items are not used.

Our cleaning fee is minimal, so we appreciate it if you keep the kitchen utensils clean at all times.
