Remodeled cottage, Two bedroom, two bath, sleeps 4 (2 queen beds, there is also a sleep sofa), well equipped kitchen. Screened porch that overlooks the wide canal, 35' concrete bulkhead, with easy access to the Atlantic Ocean or Gulf. Amenities include heated 80' swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, full service marina and community convenience store. Wonderful restaurants nearby, post office, gourmet grocery, liquor store. There is a $125.00 fee that is due at check in payable to Venture Out for use of the amenities. Parking for one car, one golf cart and one motorcycle, additional vehicles will park in overflow parking. If you are bringing a boat, we have trailer storage for you just down the street.
